This is a really delicious dessert. Very rich because of the cream cheese topping, but still a nice light summer treat!
Blueberry Jello Salad
6 oz strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, un-drained
Mix all together and pour into a 9X13 pan. Let set.
Topping:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat all together. Spread on top of jello mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
